Raising Cane's
Someone finally bought the old BK lounge on the corner of hwy 77 & 42. They are building a Raising Cane's restaurant. Their menu is chicken fingers, chicken fingers and more chicken fingers. I was personally hoping for a Sonic or the Castle but I'll give this new place a shot since I'm a sucker for processed fried chicken pieces.

just happened upon this blog here trying to find out when Cane's opens- the menu is small but the chicken is fresh and tasty- i am from new orleans and i used to go there frequently- you should definitely give it a shot... it really is tasty!! i am stoked they are opening one here!!
